Da domani, come anticipato via Twitter qualche giorno fa, sarò al CNR per una settimana di addestramento full immersion dedicata all'utilizzo del software NetLogo (un programma di simulazione multiagente sviluppato presso il Center for Connected Learning and Computer - Based Modeling della Northwestern University - Usa).

Text to Speech Software: VozMe

It's name is VozMe. It is a text to speech software developed at the University of Edinburgh and able to convert the written words of a web page in an oral speech read by an artificial voice (you can choose among a male or female voice). It is now available for the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Hindi. You can add it to your browser or website or as an i-google gadget or facebook widget.

It seems to work quite well, even if the "robotic sound" of the voices is not so "human friendly". If you want to test it listening this post, you can use the button below. Enjoy.
